Online bookings

Online booking are only available for Dr Leonora White at this stage. These are for TELEPHONE APPOINTMENTS ONLY. If you have a telephone appointment please wait near your phone and Dr White will call you. 

To book face to face, please call the surgery.

For all other doctors, please call the surgery to book either a telephone or face to face consult. 

Please note that due to Medicare requirements you are only eligible for Telephone/Video appointments if you have attended the clinic in person in the previous 12 months. If your last appointment with us was more than 12 months ago you need to ring and book a face to face appointment. 

We are pleased to offer online appointment bookings for current patients. New patients to the clinic will need to call the surgery on 9885 6447. Each family member needs their own account.

If you wish to book with Dr Catherine Delalande, you will need to call the surgery on 9885 6447. 

The link below will take you to OzDocs Online, our booking partner. You will need to create an account via OzDocs to make a booking - each family member will need their own account, including children. You will need to call us to cancel any appointments you make.

 To book a longer appointment, please call the surgery on 9885 6447. Alternatively you can book 2 consecutive appointments. You may require a long appointment for complex issues, Mental Health Care Plans, Enhanced Primary Care plans, Implanon insertion or removal or in the instance where you have more than three problems to discuss with your doctor.
